It’s holiday light season once again, and one of the best displays in Indiana is at Newfields in Indianapolis. My family visited last year and loved how the campus was transformed into a winter wonderland with more than 1.5 million lights.

The highlight of the whole display is the main lawn where the lights “dance” in time to music from The Nutcracker.

I also loved the “Ice Storm Walk” where you walk under a canopy of blue lights with icicles.

Newfields really goes all out, decorating nearly all of the trees in lights. It’s a sight to behold.

Winterlights runs through January 8 this season. Have you been yet? What other holiday lights displays should we check out in central Indiana?
